Lauri Klaus, Chief Executive Officer
Founder and Chief Executive Officer of KeyedIn, Lauri brings an extensive background in sales and services to the company. During her 20 years at Epicor Software, Lauri’s responsibilities increased, starting with her first position in development up to Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Services. As EVP, Lauri managed more than 1400 sales and services professionals worldwide, generating nearly 200M in annual revenue. In this role, Lauri was responsible for ensuring global methodologies and standards across the company’s worldwide sales and consulting operations.
Karen Adame, VP Worldwide Operations
As VP Operations, Karen leads all operational aspects of KeyedIn, including Finance, HR, Marketing, IT and other administrative functions. Karen’s background includes 11 years with Epicor Software. Joining as Director of Product Marketing, focusing on human resources and financial applications, Karen was soon promoted to Director and then VP, System Engineers. As Senior VP Operations at Epicor, Karen managed several groups, including Epicor Managed Services, Remote Consulting, Custom Solutions, Operations and Program Management.
James Waterhouse, General Manager, UK Operations
James is the founder of the KeyedIn Consulting Group and heads up the UK territory. With many years of experience in both consulting and sales management, James has successfully driven exponential growth in both software and services sectors. Previously Epicor's Vice President of EMEA, James has run both sales and consulting teams for Epicor over the last three years. James has also held senior roles with BPO and print management companies, delivering innovative client side technology solutions to drive customer retention and reduce operating cost.
Ross Graba, VP Consulting and Support
Ross joined KeyedIn Solutions after serving as president of Datacom International. Ross brings over 20 years of information technology experience to the company. With an Electrical Engineering Degree from North Dakota State University, Ross spent a number of years in technology positions with the US Government before serving as president of Cross-USA, a Burnsville, Minnesota based IT Services firm that he grew significantly in terms of size and revenue. Ross has strong professional services experience in the ERP and cloud computing industries.
Sheldon Scheu, VP Product Development
Sheldon came to KeyedIn Solutions from Datacom International, where he served since 2001. With an extensive background in web technologies, Sheldon led the web-enabling and further application development of the dataSTOR and dataSIGN products. Prior to Datacom, Sheldon was an instructor of Microsoft products related to database, programming and web development, and was the founder of his own web services company. Sheldon holds many Microsoft Certifications and is a member of several web technology organizations, including the International Webmasters Association and the HTML Writers Guild.
