The stages of implementing your business system will vary according to your organization. However, the high-level stages involved with any KeyedIn™ Solutions SaaS products include: Discovery, Implementation, Construct and Go Live.

Discovery Stage

This stage begins by identifying the business goals for your project, system requirements and the overall scope of the development effort, answering the question: what are the specific business problems that need to be resolved for the enterprise and what processes need to be implemented to resolve them?

Implementation Stage

Once we’ve determined your goals and objectives, the next stage will show you how your KeyedIn Solution works – from mapping Best Practices and training users, to validating your processes and customizing forms and reports.

Construct Stage

After your data is created or imported, the system will be tested for functionality and performance and the cutover activities required for a smooth transition will be identified and implemented.

Go Live Stage

The final stage before you move from the test environment to the new system, the objective of the Go Live stage is to make sure that the system is implemented in your production environment, optimized as required and is production-ready.

Annual System Review

Our Annual System Review includes an on-site visit from a KeyedIn Consultant to see how the software is working for your company. The review can be customized for your needs, such as incorporating additional training or to streamlining processes that may have changed.
