Enterprise Account Executive

KeyedIn Solutions is a fast-growing SaaS company focused on Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). We are expanding our sales organization to meet the growing demands for our disruptive PPM product.

At KeyedIn, Enterprise Account Executives are responsible for revenue growth in their territory, focusing primarily on closing new accounts (“hunter” role).


Work with customers to understand their needs and objectives for achieving greater value from their portfolios of projects and resources

  • Educate prospective customers on trends and best practices in Project Portfolio Management
  • Be able to demonstrate solution value, key features, and fit with the customer’s business
  • Travel for onsite meetings with prospective or existing customers
  • Build and manage an opportunity pipeline to support annual revenue targets
  • Work independently as well as collaboratively with team members across the organization to achieve success
  • Maintain great Salesforce hygiene and provide accurate sales forecasting
  • Exceed sales quotas
Desired Skills and Experience

  • 5 years of software sales experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Self-starter who takes accountability for their individual, team, company and customer’s success
  • Values a high-trust, entrepreneurial organization where initiative and teamwork drive our collective success
  • Excellent communication skills, listening first
  • Proven “hunter" background with a track record of continually exceeding quota

Account Development Manager

The Account Development Manager is responsible for contacting, nurturing and qualifying opportunities with prospective customers through phone, email and social media prospecting activities. 


  • Contact, nurture, and qualify both warm and cold leads through phone, email and social media prospecting
  • Work in conjunction with assigned sales rep(s) to deliver qualified opportunities, while ensuring qualified opportunity criteria are met
  • Consistently update SalesForce with daily activity and lead qualification notes
  • Effectively communicate KeyedIn value proposition to prospective customers
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly qualified opportunity quota
  • Provide feedback to marketing, product, sales, and management on programs, processes and messaging to continuously improve and optimize account development program

Required Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (business related preferred) or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of lead generation experience, sales or sales development in B2B sales. Knowledge or experience in project management or manufacturing ERP software a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed qualified opportunity quotas on a consistent basis
  • Experience and knowledge of Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management System

  • Ability to communicate effectively with prospects, customers, internal team members and managers
  • Self-Motivated, hardworking individual able to balance multiple responsibilities and duties in Account Development activities
  • Open to direct coaching, training and feedback. Willing and able to incorporate coaching and feedback into daily activities
  • Skilled in overcoming objections and turning cold prospecting into legitimate demand and opportunities. Skilled in educating prospects and customers on industry trends and product features/functionality
