KeyedIn Projects Software Support Analyst

Purpose and Scope:

The Software Support Analyst provides direct support to clients on a daily basis. You will aid clients in their use of our Project Management system, KeyedIn Projects. You will troubleshoot technical issues as required. Additionally you may be called on to support software implementation efforts. You will help prepare client systems for use and when needed recommend process changes that will allow them to more fully use our applications.

Location: Fort Myers, FL

Essential Job Functions

  • Review and respond to client support requests
  • Train clients on the use of various KeyedIn Solutions SaaS applications
  • Create and maintain manuals and reference materials
  • Create and update training videos
  • Support the development and implementation of software upgrades
  • Demonstrate KeyedIn applications to customer prospects as required
  • Ensure customer questions and challenges are effectively answered

Experience and Knowledge

  • Customer service/support experience, preferably via phone or teleconferencing
  • Experience as a trainer and/or developing documentation
  • Knowledge of basic software applications 
  • Basic understanding of computer and network operations
  • Project Management experience a plus

Accounting Software Support Analyst

Position Overview

The Accounting Software Support Analyst on our team provides direct support to clients and trains the accounting portions of our applications. You will troubleshoot technical issues within the application and work with clients to identify and resolve accounting issues related to their Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)/Project Management database. You will also conduct training sessions on the use of those systems. Additionally you may be called on to provide accounting consultation to our small business clients. You will review their current accounting processes and recommend changes that will allow them to more fully use our ERP solutions. In some cases you may travel to the client’s location to fully review and reconcile their accounts.

Finally you will be trained to resolve issues within our server infrastructure and support clients on other SaaS applications.

Essential Job Functions

  • Assess and analyze the customer’s current accounting processes and make recommendations for changes to better use our applications

  • Ensuring customer questions and challenges are effectively answered

Experience and Knowledge

  • Minimum of a degree in accounting from accredited college
  • Knowledge of basic business accounting principles – AP, AR, GL
  • Experience with accounting software applications
  • Experience with job costing analysis
  • Customer service/support experience
  • Basic understanding of computer and network operations
