Chief Revenue Officer
As Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Jay is responsible for overseeing the KeyedIn sales team, along with growing revenue and expanding the customer base. With the company experiencing rapid growth, Jay’s primary focus is on markets where KeyedIn has shown proven success. These target areas include replacing legacy on-premise systems that offer power but little usability, embedded services organizations (ESOs) moving to fixed-fee offerings, financial services companies and other key vertical industries. With decades of sales management and operations experience in the information technology industry, combined with a strong leadership mentality, Jay will lead the KeyedIn sales team through its next phase of growth.
With more than 20 years of experience in sales leadership roles with technology companies, Jay has the knowledge and capability to deliver. Most recently, Jay served as Vice President of Sales for Avalara and before that as Senior Director of Sales for Sage Software. He also served as Vice President of Global Accounts for Epicor Software for 11 years.
