Pre-Sales Engineer/Consultant


  • Manage a defined sales territory

  • 4+ years of client facing pre-sales experience within the ERP industry
  • Background of success in supporting both direct and channel sales
  • Industry knowledge in manufacturing and distribution

KeyedIn Projects Customer Account Manager

Purpose and Scope

The Customer Account Manager provides critical PPM/PSA product knowledge and market expertise to:

  • Lead and manage successful sales cycles for customers
  • Challenge and influence customers needs to ensure successful scoping of their business needs
  • Influence and agree high level solution requirements
  • Differentiate the benefits of KeyedIn projects against the competition

  • Ensuring that internal stakeholders are aware of new product features and how they can benefit customers
  • Own the customer relationship

Experience and Knowledge

  • Minimum of 10 years sales experience with 5 years working in a project, portfolio or Professional Services environment
  • Knowledge of a number of leading PPM & PSA products,
  • Experience of selling into and managing sales cycles with large corporate environments, typically with more than 500 people
  • Business Analysis and Management consulting experience
  • Strong customer Account Management back ground
